When will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible according to purchasing priorities:
Orders placed on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) will be processed within 24 hours
Orders placed on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday.
Note: During the busy holiday season and after holiday sales, processing can take up to 72 business hours. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.
How to track my order?
Your shipping info would be deferred online for 2~3 working days from dispatch.
Once we have shipped it out, we'll send you an email notification of your order status. Click the “View your order” button in the email you received and you'll be redirected to a page where the latest order status and your tracking number should be shown. And you can track your orders via www.17track.net or the official shipping company website.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated in a few days. Shipping delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit locations, or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
How long it takes for my order to be delivered?
Depending on which shipping option you chose, the estimated delivery times for our shipping options are as follows:
USPS: 5-15 business days from dispatch
E-POST: 15-20 business days from dispatch
DHL / FEDEX: 2-7 business days from dispatch
APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.
Note: If your country does not show at checkout, we are unable to accept payment from or ship to your country so far.
Lost & Undelivered Package?
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
Under some special circumstance, we will resend your order if your shipping info has no updates after 60 calendar days from the payment. Please understand these errors are out of our control.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery.
Order at your own risk?
All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. We are not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, we are not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.
How should I charge the Vaporlax disposable device?
There is a reason to call them disposable devices. So any of the disposable device from VAPORLAX can not be recharged.
Where should I dispose my used device?
Please receive our respect for asking this question. ENVIRONMENT MATTERS! After the disposable device is used up, please collect them with your regular used battery cells & throw them to the battery bin. Different countries have different rules, so please follow the local trash recycling rules. I know this may sound bothersome, but it's our responsibility to protect the environment for our next generation.
Why my device got the burn taste?
If your disposable taste burnt, that means the E-liquid is ready out and the device is not longer usable. If there's burnt taste in your new device, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM: firstname.lastname@example.org for further help. Thanks.
Why my vape is getting so hot?
Vaporlax promises that all Vaporlax products are in good condition in the manufacturer. But due to the long distance shipping, the battery or other accessories could be damaged. So if your disposable vape is heating up in an abnormal way, please stop vaping on it & throw it to the water when necessary. Then turn to our customer service via email@example.com for a replacement.
What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?
So far, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, Applepay as payment method.
What should I do if I've been overcharged for my order?
If your were overcharged, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM: firstname.lastname@example.org for further help. Thanks! Please understand your order number is required when contacting us.
How do I request a warranty?
Thank you for purchasing Vaporlax products. Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
- Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How?
- Please provide the security code of the product.
- Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). How do I request a refund or make a return?
1. Any used accessories may not be refunded or returned.
2. Normally, we ship your orders within 12 hours from receiving the payment of the orders, so at any time before your order is shipped and you want a cancellation of your order, we will refund all the money, excluding the transaction fees caused.
3. In case your order is shipped before you want a cancellation, please wait until the package is returned completely and safely to VAPORLAX, then we will refund you your money deducting all the transaction fees, shipping costs or any other fees caused during the process.
4. If there is any fault caused by Vaporlax, we will give a full refund.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
We are sorry that Vaporlax site didn't provide wholesale account yet.
