  • Where's my order ship from? And how long it takes?

The USA warehouse is in CA, USA. Means, all orders from USA would be shipped from CA STATE to other American locations. Depends on the receiver address, the delivery would take around 3-7 days.  Express delivery cannot reach the following places: Alaska, Puerto Rico,Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific. Orders from other countries would be shipped from Shenzhen, China. And it usually take about 20 - 30 days for delivery. Customers can choose faster shipping method, but it'll cost more for the delivery.

The World warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China. Express delivery reach 200 countries. 

  • What should I do if I was asked for custom clearance?

When we receive an order, we'll try our best to make the delivery go smooth. But if the package was stuck in the custom, we're afraid that you'll have to claim for clearance.

All duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. We are not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.

All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, we are not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.

  • Why you don't ship to my country?

Our team is doing the best to expand the shipping area. If you were unable to order from your location, the reason would be either vaping is illegal in your country, or there's no carrier offers the shipping service from our warehouse to your country.

  • Why the delivery is taking so long?

First of all, we're so sorry if the delivery is taking longer than it supposed to. But please understand that when the package was handed to the shipping carrier, it's no longer under our control. We hope customers can get their order ASAP, but sometimes the delivery would be out of the ETA because of unexpected elements such as the bad weather, war, holiday, riot, flight delay and so on.
